Our Maker Space is a haven for creativity and exploration of all kinds!
#Gatorcr8rs after school #makerspace CLUB has been working with iPads & #stikbots to create some stop-motion animation videos. Their focus on storyboarding has improved their plans and they are making more elaborate library routine-related videos.
Starting in February, MORNING Makerspace will continue with passes in the cafe, but each day will have a different grade level focus:
Monday will be Kindergarten.
Tuesday will be 1st and 2nd grades.
Wednesday will be 3rd and 4th grades.
Thursday will be 5th and 6th grades.
Fridays there will be no Makerspace in the morning.
AFTERNOON Makerspace is moving to an extracurricular club format. We will begin with 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. Gator Cr8rs will focus on robotics, coding, digital citizenship, online resources, and more. Interested students need to see Mrs. Resendez in the library for a permission slip form.
