Texas Bluebonnet Nominees 2015-2016
Each year students from all over Texas are able to vote for their favorite book from a list of 20 Bluebonnet nominations. In order to participate in this year's voting, students in grades 3-6 must read or listen to at least 5 Bluebonnet Books before January 30th! Read 5, or read them all; it's up to you.
Keep track of the books you've read using a Bluebonnet bookmark AND come in to the library to fill in your form. Check the binder on the red shelf. Next, be sure to submit a Bluebonnet Book Review before January 30th. Students who submit 5 book reviews will be eligible to vote and will be invited to our Bluebonnet Luncheon in the spring. In the mean time, click on the images below to get better acquainted with each book, the author (or illustrator) of the book, watch a book trailer, or connect to a fun activity.
